We are the first and last resort for people in need in the Českolipsko and Novoborsko region. Through professional and coherent services we improve their situation and thus the functioning of the whole society.

Operation of a civic counseling center, a counseling center for victims of crime, and a mediation center. We strive to develop psychosocial services in the region and educate the public in crisis assistance. We provide students with internships as volunteer assistants and counselors. We offer educational programs and trainings.

Diakonie provides social services for families with children. We provide social activation services for families in difficult life situations.
