The parish consists of Letohrad and the surrounding villages of Lukavice, Mistrovice and Šedivec. We cooperate with the Letohrad Evangelical congregation. We publish a monthly parish magazine.

Through our crisis assistance program, we provide immediate help and short-term housing to pregnant women and parents with children whose health or lives are suddenly at risk.
