We operate a cafe and a sweet shop. We offer Lavazza coffee, pastries, sandwiches, ice cream, wine, cold and hot drinks, sell confectionery, Belgian chocolates, Belgian pralines and much more.

We can offer in-house production of more than 40 kinds of cakes and pastries from fresh ingredients. It is possible to order cakes to order. We offer classic harlequin or walnut cakes or specialty cakes with car, cat or sea world decorations including wedding cakes.

The school sells apprentice confectionery and cold cuts to the public. It also prepares various banquets to order. Desserts, cakes and confectionery are available.

We have been producing traditional delicacies for over 30 years. We are an honest family company that prides itself on freshness, quality of ingredients and traditional recipes of our founder Jindřiška Šindelářová. Handmade is key for us and you can be sure that each of our sandwiches is original.
