For more than 20 years, we have been offering surface treatment in the form of electroplating from technical and decorative components to special laboratory-controlled electroplating for the electrical, automotive, aerospace and other industries.

We offer mounting and assembly of DSP, cable harnesses, assembly of individual subassemblies and functional units, metal finishing. We provide machine manufacturing.

We offer a range of surface treatments - electroplating and wet and powder coating.

We supply complete technological equipment for metal surface treatment, electroplating, neutralization stations, chip farms, centrifuges, metal chip crushers, briquetting presses, gear pumps, equipment for centrifugal filtration of working fluids and oils. We prepare ecological studies.

We are a PVD coating company. Due to our close cooperation with the Czech Technical University in Prague we have a very strong and successful research and development section in advanced materials. We mainly focus on coatings for machining and coatings with ultra low coefficient of friction.

Service of surface treatment equipment and technologies. We repair electroplating, painting and blasting equipment. We service degreasing and washing equipment as well as chamber, ultrasonic and continuous washers.

We provide powder coating including pre-treatments, metal abrasive blasting, degreasing, phosphating, pressure cleaning. We offer dirt removal in restoration of monuments.

We offer metal sandblasting.

The plant provides hard chrome plating of parts up to the following dimensions: length max. 8000 mm, diameter max. 550 mm, weight max. 3 000 kg. We also provide grinding and polishing of parts before and after chrome plating, repair by unique technology of pad electroplating and microwelding, as well as induction hardening.

Offering metalworking and locksmith work. We produce stainless steel, aluminum, brass, castings, plastics. We provide complete engineering production from quotation, structural design, custom manufacturing to packaging and shipping.

We repair Mi-8/17, 24/35 helicopters, L-39, L-410 aircraft, AI-25 TL, TV3-117 engines, VR-14/24 reducers and aggregates. We provide galvanic work, rotating parts balancing, defectoscopy, metrology, video inspection, machining, aircraft painting.

The main production program is locksmith work, welding of steel parts, structures and fabrication of sheet metal products - forming and pressing. We perform piece machining and grinding. We have equipment for welding nuts and bolts.
