We offer machining of all types of metals and plastics. We provide production drawing documentation, 3D designing with realization on CNC machine tools. We provide engineering service for industrial and energy production, focusing on piece production in small to medium series.

We deal with metal machining. We offer welding and locksmithing, milling, turning, grinding. We focus on welded parts fabrication followed by machining, custom parts fabrication, parts refurbishment, plasma or gas cutting, dynamic balancing and more.

The plant provides hard chrome plating of parts up to the following dimensions: length max. 8000 mm, diameter max. 550 mm, weight max. 3 000 kg. We also provide grinding and polishing of parts before and after chrome plating, repair by unique technology of pad electroplating and microwelding, as well as induction hardening.

We offer metal sandblasting.

We provide metal finishing including chrome plating, anodising, chrome plating, sandblasting, ballotining, polishing, blackening and blasting. We offer matte hard chrome plating of parts for appearance, chrome plating of parts for abrasive, alkaline blackening of steel, surface cleaning for corrosion prior to final finish.

Operation of a foundry for zinc castings 0,5 g - 2 kg including mould design and manufacture. Offer of machining or surface treatment of castings. Products are suitable for window, door and furniture fittings, automotive and engineering.

Research and development of PVD coatings and other surface treatments for industrial applications and design. Development of customized technologies.

We are a PVD coating company. Due to our close cooperation with the Czech Technical University in Prague we have a very strong and successful research and development section in advanced materials. We mainly focus on coatings for machining and coatings with ultra low coefficient of friction.
