I offer yoga and yoga therapy classes and courses, consultations, seminars and massages at Arha Studio. I provide yoga classes and yoga courses of various focuses and levels of advancement for the public or coaching courses, lectures, seminars and meetings. I also run an evening yoga school.

We organise regular courses for children from 2 to 18 years old. We focus on weight training, rehabilitation exercises, Zumba, exercises for pregnant women, yoga, aerobics and more. We organize trips abroad. We provide massages, manicures or individual training programs. We operate a photo and video gym.

We offer Hatha and Power Yoga classes, supervised classes, Pilates, BOSU, as well as aerobic fitness classes, comprehensive exercise and nutrition programs. We provide an individual approach. We provide aromatherapy, shiatsu and lava stone massages.
