We are a school of movement, strength and fitness. We specialize in self-weight training, kettlebell and kettlebell training according to the methodology of the prestigious international organization StrongFirst.

EMS Training Centre. The EMS method (electrical muscle stimulation) is a revolutionary 21st century exercise method used to activate, strengthen or relax stiff muscles. It has long been used in medicine in rehabilitation and recovery since the 1950s.

I offer yoga and yoga therapy classes and courses, consultations, seminars and massages at Arha Studio. I provide yoga classes and yoga courses of various focuses and levels of advancement for the public or coaching courses, lectures, seminars and meetings. I also run an evening yoga school.

HEAT fitness walking is for everyone who wants to do something with themselves, who wants to be healthy and who just wants to feel good. It is a physical activity that differs from the others in that it is unique in that it consists of just ordinary and most natural human movement.
