We teach dance classes for children, preschoolers, juniors, youth and adults. We focus mainly on modern dance styles and trends: Street Dance, Breakdance, Hip Hop, RnB, House Dance, Lockin', etc. and also musical dances, Jazz Dance, Modern Dance, Show Dance and Ballet, Tai Chi and others.

We offer Yoga classes and courses. I combine Yoga, developmental kinesiology and the findings of modern physiotherapy. I am a pupil of PhDr. Jiří Čumpelík, a personality of Czech rehabilitation and Yoga. Classes are mainly focused on health Yoga.

The club focuses on swimming for infants and children from 6 months to school age in various pools. We also offer weekly stays for parents with children in hotels with swimming pool, suburban and residential children's camps focusing on bikes, skiing, swimming and sports.

We offer a combination of strength and conditioning training with a functional approach and modern physiotherapy. Our way is sustainable progressive strength/conditioning training based on musculoskeletal diagnosis, movement screening, optimal movement biomechanics, exercise technique and effective training setup.

GPFC is a professional Gymnastic Parkour Freerun Club, where kids discover the world of parkour at sports clubs, summer camps and camps all over Prague and other cities. Our licensed coaches, members of CUS and CGF, are among the top in the industry and pass on their passion and experience to everyone.
