HEAT fitness walking is for everyone who wants to do something with themselves, who wants to be healthy and who just wants to feel good. It is a physical activity that differs from the others in that it is unique in that it consists of just ordinary and most natural human movement.

We offer courses and training in the Japanese martial art of Aikido.

We offer kite courses. We provide a training kite or DVD as a gift with selected courses. We focus on teaching kiteboarding, snowkiting, buggykiting and landkiting in the Czech Republic and abroad. We offer courses in Germany, Poland, Greece and Egypt. We also run a kite rental service.

Diving and snorkeling courses, year-round diving training, dive shop, diving tours, diving equipment service, diving equipment rental, underwater work.

Our organisation specialises in training and development in tactical and field first aid, climbing and rescue at height. We offer professional courses and training as well as sales and reviews of rescue equipment including medical backpacks, saddles and carabiners.
