There are rooms for accommodation in two buildings, kitchen, dining room with fireplace, two halls for programs and exercises, tea room and sauna (for 4-6 persons).

The family ski resort offers 5 lifts and 2 x children's rope, 5 km of slopes, day and night skiing. Of course, there is a ski school and kindergarten, ski equipment rental, buffet and a nice restaurant. Free parking on site.

We offer a wide range of exercises for women: bosu, zumba and flexi-bar, as well as aerobics with weight training, power yoga, circuit training, slowtoning, fitballs, pilates, bodystyling, portdebras, endorphin dance. We run a ski school for young children from complete beginners. We organize physical education and sports events.

We operate a spinning centre. There is a sauna, beauty salon, sports bar, massage and parking. We also have a children's and beach volleyball court, a terrace with barbecue, a circuit with a special surface for learning to ride a bike and skate.

We offer mountain guide services. We provide climbing, avalanche and skialp courses, climbing alpine giants, freeride and ice climbing. We rent sports equipment. We provide accompaniment on ascents to the Alpine 4,000ers and other important peaks of the Alps or the High Tatras.

We offer physiopilates and compensatory and conditioning exercises. We train with foam roller, pilates circle, big and small ball, rubber band and bosu.
