HEAT fitness walking is for everyone who wants to do something with themselves, who wants to be healthy and who just wants to feel good. It is a physical activity that differs from the others in that it is unique in that it consists of just ordinary and most natural human movement.

I offer training for children from babies to schoolchildren. We can start exercising with children from a very young age. From gentle touches in the form of massages, which children love so much, to different routines in a playful way. Children are more aware of their bodies. They gain better dexterity, flexibility and mobility.

Keshu Yoga is a brand of Kateřina Gelnar (meditation teacher and yoga instructor). It offers an online platform for Indian yoga, pilates and meditation, complemented by occasional workshops and personal meetings. Keshu Yoga helps build a strong, functional and healthy body while calming the mind through mindful movement and breath.
