We offer year-round tennis lessons at your place of residence for all children regardless of age: preschoolers 4 - 6 years old, elementary school children 6 - 10 years old, girls and boys 10 - 15 years old. In the summer we organize suburban camps and courses for adults. Children are taught by CTS and FTVS coaches, proven by long-term cooperation in our TS.

I offer Pilates exercises. Exercises develop coordination, strength, balance, flexibility and breathing. DVDs, books, t-shirts, leggings and towels available for purchase. I provide instructor training.

We offer services of a studio specialized in Pilates exercise method. There are four halls, Foam Roller, Magic Circle, BOSU, Arc Barrel, Smart Spine. The studio includes Pilates machines imported from the USA such as the Clinical Reformer, Wunda Chair and Ladder Barrel. Organization of seminars, courses.
