We run an apprentice restaurant. In the kitchen we try to make sure that the students learn the complete preparation of food from production to dispatch.

We offer hot meals of Czech and international cuisine and alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Possibility to use the garden in the summer months.

We run an Italian restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere, friendly service, a summer garden and a lounge. We prepare lunch menu.

We get good draught beer or Kofola and lots of soft drinks such as 17 kinds of juices. We have a good selection of bottled, mainly Moravian wines and excellent bottled wine. We offer very good spicy drowned beers, usually pickled ermine, sometimes something from the smokehouse. We have a petanque court.
