We run a wine cellar. We sell wine. Saint Barbara has always been a symbol of energy. She protected those who sought strength deep underground. Today, we’re rediscovering that energy—in our vineyards. In every grape. In every bottle. We host wine tastings. Come taste our wines, which are full of elegance and energy.

Wine based on nature, which we create with minimal human intervention - we leave everything as much as possible to nature. After the first racking, we do not interfere with the wine and let it lie on fine lees with occasional stirring (the so-called batonage method).

We offer accommodation in the historical centre of the village of Pavlov. There are 6 beautiful, modern and cozy apartments with a garden. Each apartment offers its own bathroom with shower and toilet, living room with kitchenette, wifi. The guest house is operated as Adults Only (children from 12 years old).

Operation of a wine cellar for 5 to 80 people, suitable for wine tasting, corporate parties, birthday parties, bus tours, weddings, seminars, school reunions and friendly gatherings with good wine.

Historical wine cellar Pod Křížkem in Lednice. You can taste a wide range of wines from the Knoll winery and learn about the history of the winery and cellar during a guided tasting. In the cellar there is a press room with seating for 12 people and the main cellar for 50 people. Picturesque outdoor seating under the willow tree.

We offer performances by a dulcimer group suitable for wine cellar, various social events, banquets, balls, feasts or corporate parties. We play the most famous Moravian songs, we adapt the repertoire according to the wishes of the listeners.
