Founded in 2016, started with the idea of very efficient prototype production. We are a professional team engaged in designing and creating functional prototype parts in plastic and metal. We often use various methods of 3D printing and vacuum casting in combination with conventional and CNC manufacturing.

We perform small and large series production of plastic parts by injection moulding technology. We are able to provide the complete process from the preparation of drawing documentation to the production and service of moulds. Our Czech company with a family tradition has specialized in the production of plastic parts since 1993.

Production of heat exchange equipment. We provide metalworking on CNC machines and deep hole drilling. We design heat pipes. We are engaged in the manufacture of liquid, aluminum and copper heat sinks. We focus on the production of electrical components for traction vehicles.

We repair 3 phase and 1 phase asynchronous electric motors up to 150 kW. We also repair circulator, hot water, sump and Nautilus pumps. We provide express repairs within 48 hours and special winding work. CNC machining and fabrication of single purpose machinery and equipment.

Custom metal fabrication. Welding of stainless steel, steel, aluminium. Welding lareser, TIG, MIG, MMA.

We offer custom metal fabrication, laser burning, bending on a bending press, welding and metal finishing.

We do conventional and CNC machining, turning and milling. Production of components piece and small batch, sample production. We carry out repairs, servicing, overhauls, assembly of machine units, production lines, machines and tools. We are a small company with high flexibility and many years of experience.

We manufacture steel structures, machine on cnc machines, model in 3D, weld using MMA/TIG/MAG. We machine on a large cnc milling machine mdf, wood, plywood, plastic, dibond, aluminum, plexiglass and other non-metallic materials up to the size of 2000x1250x130 mm.
