We supply electroerosive machines - FANUC wire cutters, EXERON plunge cutters. We provide service of FANUC, EXERON, HITACHI, MAKINO, CHMER machines and modernization of all types of extruders. We sell consumables. We cut, countersink and mill electrodes.

The company was established by registration in the Commercial Register on 5 December 2003 and is engaged in metalworking on CNC lathe machines with spindle clearance up to 50 mm for flange material up to 230 mm and CNC milled parts up to 400 mm.

We offer manufacturing capabilities for CNC machining, small batch and piece production. We buy scrap, offcuts and chips of nickel and cobalt superalloys. We supply profiles, sheets, tubes, forgings, castings, fasteners.

Our main specialization is automation of production processes, robotization of assembly and production units, production of single-purpose machines, complete automation to injection molding machines including peripherals, etc. The aim of our work is to streamline production processes, reduce the cost of manufactured parts.

Offering custom engineering production. We are also involved in turning, milling, drilling, stone and gravel processing, water, energy, food, transportation and brick manufacturing.

We balance all types of rotors both statically and dynamically from 1kg to 20t. We have a top team for service and vibrodiagnostics of all types of machines, we also perform operational balancing at our customers. We also manufacture precision machine parts and assemblies on precision cnc machines.

We deal with machine design and custom manufacturing. We machine steel, non-ferrous metals, plastic on CNC machines. We offer locksmith work and 3D measurements on CMM. In construction we offer design of single-purpose machines and equipment, custom construction, conversion of drawings into electronic form.
