We are an officially licensed CrossFit Gym where a qualified team of coaches (CrossFit L2, Mobility, Gymnastic etc. license holders) are available to help you. CrossFit is a functional workout suitable for everyone regardless of age, gender or fitness level. LesMIlls classes on offer in a separate room from September 2021.

We are a school of movement, strength and fitness. We specialize in self-weight training, kettlebell and kettlebell training according to the methodology of the prestigious international organization StrongFirst.

In a nationwide sports programme we motivate mums to exercise, healthy lifestyle and active motherhood. We organise events for parents and their children.

We are a 3-storey fitness center in Ostrava Poruba, where you can use the extensive parts of the club: fitness, cardio, cross, fight or take advantage of group classes, of which we have over 20 types. Other services: cafe - solarium - children's corner including babysitting - body diagnostics.

Our coaching school provides a retraining course accredited by the Ministry of Education and Science with a fitness instructor certificate.
