I work as a personal fitness trainer. I have been helping people achieve success in fitness for many years. I focus on core strengthening, body shaping, weight reduction, back pain or cross training.

We sell sports equipment such as dumbbells, functional benches, racks, bags and balls, ropes and tyres.
