I work as a personal fitness trainer. I have been helping people achieve success in fitness for many years. I focus on core strengthening, body shaping, weight reduction, back pain or cross training.

The fitness centre is located on the 2nd floor of the Krakow Shopping Centre. It offers a well-equipped cardio zone and a number of Matrix fitness machines that will satisfy any fitness enthusiast. It also includes a solarium and body composition measurement on InBody equipment.

Circuit training is based on comprehensive strengthening of the whole body. Interesting exercises, interesting tools. You will find new and unusual exercises at every workout, as well as lots of fun with the right people.

We operate a fitness center. You can prepare for Strongman competitions at our gym. There is a cardio zone, master bench-press bench ELEIKO, deadlift bar, bumper crossfit discs and punching bags. You can visit a physiotherapist to help you from problems.

We are a fitness center with a gym and cardio room equipped with StarTrac machines. We offer functional training, aerobics, TRX, yoga - classes, classes with a trainer and children's exercise classes. In our premises you will also find two modern solariums along with a VacuShape machine.

A space created for strength training, combat sports, functional training and everyday movement. You will find here top equipment from world brands such as Precor, Rogue, Concept2, Eleiko, Profighters or TrueSteel, more than 70 training stations, fully equipped strongman, fight and cross zones.

Operation of the fitness centre. It offers modern Life Fitness and Booty Builder equipment, a spacious cardio zone and strength training machines, Ladies zone with Matrix equipment, including a complete line of Booty Builder machines.

I offer the services of a trainer in body shaping. I provide counseling.

A smaller but modern self-service branch located in the Airport Business Centre building right next to Prague Airport. Members can work out here conveniently without a reception - entry is fully digital via the My Max Fitness mobile app or My Multisport app.

Engaged in teaching physical skills. I also provide private instruction. I organize seminars.
