Our goal is to pass on the passion and knowledge in the field of confectionery. We focus on the production of traditional confectionery products and offer courses where those interested can learn this art. We believe that everyone can master confectionery and discover the joys of baking and decorating.

Our hotel school has many years of experience and tradition in educating professionals. We offer a four-year full-time course of study in Hotel Management, culminating in a high school diploma. Practice takes place in leading Prague hotels. Our graduates find employment in all sectors of the hotel industry and tourism.
