Our 7ha farm in the lowlands of the Polabska region focuses on growing Jerusalem artichokes, an unusual vegetable containing inulin, especially suitable for diabetics. We sell fresh Jerusalem artichoke tubers, dried tubers, crushed dried tubers as an alternative to flour, and dried flower for tea.

We are engaged in the custom production and sale of gingerbread. We have a permanent offer in our shop. We sell spices (also without packaging). We have various gift sets of gingerbread, spices and alcohol on our e-shop.

Sale of silicone baking moulds including moulds, cake candles, trays, rollers, edible lace and food colours. We also offer modelling compound, decorating bags, cookery books and magazines, spreading knives, cake mats, Custom made jams, coasters and edible printing.

We are engaged in the manufacture and sale of confectionery goods. Our range includes classic, children's, wedding and celebration cakes.

Family bar and café with children's indoor playground. The menu offers delicious homemade cakes and pastries, pancakes and sandwiches in the style of an American bistro, fragrant coffee and a large selection of quality loose teas. Cakes are made to order.
