Irena and Robert Hübler. We are married and both yoga instructors. We practice in the beautiful and harmonious environment of the Maitrea kindergarten in Sluštice. We have been organizing yoga courses, individual and special thematic classes here since 2010. We are now opening a course for beginners.

I am a guide for women on the path to natural beauty, hormonal balance and inner well-being. I help women 40+ feel good in their bodies again through hormonal yoga, facial yoga and conscious self-care using cutting edge technology and at-home cosmetics.

Come and exercise, relax, get energized, immerse yourself in the rhythms of your breath and experience the world of yoga. We organize weekend yoga classes in beautiful resorts in various places in the Czech Republic. On our weekends you will encounter both classical and dynamic concepts of yoga. We hold regular classes in Sluštice.
