We operate a sports hall in Lužiny. We offer rental of sports halls - large, 2 x fitness hall, budo hall and gym. Our club also offers exercise classes for children from 18 months of age.

I offer the services of a personal trainer and a partner who will lead you to great results. I'll prepare a customized diet for you, create a plan and we'll do a great workout together.

We provide sports activities and events for exercisers of all ages. You will find volleyball, netball, tennis and gymnastics clubs. We allow the rental of the gymnasium.

We offer exercises for parents with children. The lessons are made up of various rhymes, movement poems and teasers, songs and small games. We focus on developing and strengthening movement skills, but also on promoting psychosocial relationships.
