I offer regular exercise classes for women and outdoor group exercise classes for moms with kids. I combine aerobic elements with strengthening of problem areas. In addition to exercise, the classes also provide an opportunity to meet new friends. Come and improve your fitness, firm your body and recharge your energy.

We offer exercises for parents with children. The lessons are made up of various rhymes, movement poems and teasers, songs and small games. We focus on developing and strengthening movement skills, but also on promoting psychosocial relationships.
