We offer courses for expectant parents: a course of antenatal preparation with midwife Lucie Přikrylová and a course of what and how after birth, which is focused on the first weeks with the baby. For parents with babies, there are courses throughout the year on exercising with babies from birth to kindergarten, as well as courses on Baby and Infant Massage.

Providing sports activities and events for exercisers of all ages. Operation of a chess club. We also run athletics, cycling, handball, bowls, netball, table tennis, tennis and volleyball clubs.

We run a physical education unit with sports activities on a recreational level - we have a table tennis and pilates group. We organize sports and social events such as witch burning, children's afternoons. There is a multi-purpose playground and a table tennis room. In winter we run a natural ice rink.
