We operate a day service centre, sheltered housing and a care service. We help people in need, children, seniors, dying and others. We focus on caring for people who need the supervision and care of another person, primarily due to symptoms of dementia.

We are specialists in Iyengar yoga, which focuses on the precision of asana performance and their correct sequencing. Our classes combine yoga elements with rehabilitation to bring health benefits and energy. We believe that yoga is a path to personal development and harmony of body and mind.

We provide social services with individual approach to seniors who have reduced self-sufficiency. We provide accommodation and meals to 120 clients. We offer therapeutic activities such as canister therapy, occupational therapy, music therapy, bibliotherapy, walks in the park and more.

We operate a gym with an exercise area of 600 sq m. There is a cardio zone, treadmills and elliptical trainers, machines for all muscle parts, dumbbells, cross zone, separate functional zone, possibility of exercising on the terrace. We offer a mirror hall with original tatami floor and private parking.

Offering comprehensive services for the elderly and disabled. We provide residential living with nursing care or extensive entertainment and activity options. We organize social events or targeted residential trips abroad.

Together we create a space to harmonize the body and mind through traditional yoga. We offer regular classes, workshops and self-discovery retreats. Our classes combine breathing exercises and asana, which contributes to finding inner happiness and balance.

We offer Pilates classes on large balls, yoga with relaxation and HIIT.

We run a healthy functional movement studio, mainly focusing on Pilates classes and exercise on Allegro Reformers Pilates machines. We also offer SMsystem, TRX, health exercises. We organise various sporting events, workshops, seaside and weekend retreats with exercise.
