We bring together specialists in the field of physiotherapy, orthopaedics, nutrition, trainers and instructors. We provide nutritional counseling, menu creation, individual nutrition and supplementation advice, and grocery shopping advice. We provide physical therapy for post-injury and post-surgical conditions.

Sports and cultural activities for all ages with a focus on all-rounders, weightlifting, volleyball, dance and ball sports. Offering yoga, fitness classes, aerobics for women and health fitness for seniors.
