A modern home for the elderly with a capacity of 170 beds is being built on the historic site of a former First Republic spa in Dobrá Voda near Březnice, just 45 minutes from Prague.

We provide accommodation in single and double rooms, meals, health care, social support and activation activities to clients in our 24-hour residence.

We offer modern accommodation and home-cooked meals in a barrier-free building of a neo-Baroque castle with its own wellness and café. Single and double rooms are equipped with bathroom, furniture, electric reclining bed, fridge, internet and TV. Social and nursing care is provided around the clock.

We offer modern living in a fully accessible historic building only 30 minutes from Prague. We provide clients with comfortable accommodation, five meals a day, health and social care and a range of activation activities. Electrically adjustable bed, wifi, TV and mini fridge in every room.

We offer yoga classes and classes: Hatha yoga, Hatha for beginners, HOT at 42°C, Vinyasa flow, Ashtanga, Gravid, Relaxation, moms with babies, individual yoga classes, seminars, courses. We sell yoga and relaxation equipment.

Video workouts for weight loss and body shaping, diets, motivation, online and sms advice, health exercises, various challenges and other bonus benefits and freebies. My membership includes women who are between the ages of 25 and 83.
