A modern home for the elderly with a capacity of 170 beds is being built on the historic site of a former First Republic spa in Dobrá Voda near Březnice, just 45 minutes from Prague.

I help women lose weight and feel great. It's about losing weight without dieting and strenuous exercise. Video workouts for weight loss and body shaping, diets, motivation, online and sms advice, health exercises, various challenges and other bonus benefits and freebies. My membership includes women who are between the ages of 25 and 83.

Yoga for everyone from children and parents to senior(k)s to tired managers and athletes: we teach Hatha Yoga, HOT Yoga at 42°C, dynamic Vinyasa, Yin Yoga or relaxation yoga. We organize seminars and offer individual lessons at our place and at the client's place. We also run a shop with yoga-tested equipment.
