We operate a regeneration studio. We specialize in physiotherapy, kinesiotaping, ergonomic counseling, craniosacral and raindrop therapy. We provide group exercises such as yoga, Tai-chi and rehabilitation exercises on gymnastic balls.

Yoga and physiotherapy courses and workshops in a fully equipped yoga gym, led by experienced, certified, sympathetic and empathetic teachers. Courses offered include: yoga therapy, lyengar yoga, yoga for a healthy back, physiotherapy and yoga eye yoga. We rent a gym.

Operation of a nursing home. We offer assistance in coping with the usual tasks of caring for one's own person, personal hygiene or providing conditions for personal hygiene. Furthermore, provision of meals or assistance with the provision of meals and running of the household, mediation of contact with the social environment.
