We provide (outpatient) social activation services for the elderly and people with disabilities.

We are a Czech foundation that supports the development of full consciousness of all beings. We help socially needy groups. We lead people to develop self-knowledge and try to improve their quality of life.

Providing assistance and nurse services at the client's home. We provide injections, pressure measurements, blood draws, dressings and more. We also provide home hospice care.

We offer guided functional training, real self-defense classes, events and seminars not only about exercise and healthy lifestyle. Functional training for everyone is conducted according to the standards of the world phenomenon. We carry out trainings focused on the development of physical strength, training for women or circuit training.

Yoga and physiotherapy courses and workshops in a fully equipped yoga gym, led by experienced, certified, sympathetic and empathetic teachers. Courses offered include: yoga therapy, lyengar yoga, yoga for a healthy back, physiotherapy and yoga eye yoga. We rent a gym.

Community centre, accommodation for the elderly. Home, privacy and comfort, a varied cultural and social life in an environment full of friends. Accommodation for the elderly in rented apartments with assistance services. In the building there are doctors, cafe, restaurant, etc. Good access to public transport and wheelchair access.

We provide relaxation and reconditioning massage, Indian head massage or neck, chest and back massage. We offer aerobics, pilates, zumba, children's aerobics or health and individual exercises.

We offer care services for the elderly. We provide assistance to clients in the home, namely help in managing daily hygiene, meals, escorting to the doctor's office, etc. We help with shopping, cleaning and household care. We respect dignity, independence and support the exercise of self-will.

We offer regular yoga classes for beginners and advanced students. Fall semester September-January, spring semester February-June. Registration for a running class is possible at any time.

Offering Hatha, Gravid and classical yoga, Pilates, aerobics, Bosu body and core classes for women of all ages. We organize weight reduction courses. We implement individual plans. We sell barley - Green Ways and products from Nutra bona.
