We offer care services for the elderly. We provide assistance to clients in the home, namely help in managing daily hygiene, meals, escorting to the doctor's office, etc. We help with shopping, cleaning and household care. We respect dignity, independence and support the exercise of self-will.

We are a contributory organization established by the Municipality of Prague 4. We offer nursing services, residential respite services, day care, senior clubs, informal care centre and more. Our mission is to provide our clients with a dignified life and to enable them to stay in their homes for as long as possible with our services.

Providing accommodation and meals for the elderly with a total capacity of 56 beds. Provision of social care. There are 34 single and 11 double rooms. Each room is equipped with furniture and bedding. Single rooms have their own bathroom. Leisure activities on offer.

We operate a fitness centre. We offer gym, thai boxing, classic boxing, circuit training, krav maga for kids, exercise for kids. We provide counseling. We sell LEONE brand sportswear and dietary supplements.

Yoga and physiotherapy courses and workshops in a fully equipped yoga gym, led by experienced, certified, sympathetic and empathetic teachers. Courses offered include: yoga therapy, lyengar yoga, yoga for a healthy back, physiotherapy and yoga eye yoga. We rent a gym.

We offer guided functional training, real self-defense classes, events and seminars not only about exercise and healthy lifestyle. Functional training for everyone is conducted according to the standards of the world phenomenon. We carry out trainings focused on the development of physical strength, training for women or circuit training.
