My membership includes women who are between the ages of 25 and 83.

We provide registered social services of a home for the elderly, a home for people with disabilities and respite services with a total capacity of 47 beds. We focus on the daily physical, mental activities of our clients.

We organize seminars and offer individual lessons at our place and at the client's place. We also run a shop with yoga-tested equipment.

We offer modern living in a fully accessible historic building only 30 minutes from Prague. We provide clients with comfortable accommodation, five meals a day, health and social care and a range of activation activities. Electrically adjustable bed, wifi, TV and mini fridge in every room.
