Providing accommodation and meals for the elderly with a total capacity of 56 beds. Provision of social care. There are 34 single and 11 double rooms. Each room is equipped with furniture and bedding. Single rooms have their own bathroom. Leisure activities on offer.

We are a new, modern movement studio in the city centre. The newly renovated 1940's premises offers two spacious bright rooms where you can try classes of different types of exercise (yoga, pilates, power yoga, port de bras, circuit training, classes for children and seniors).

MOYO MÍSTO is a movement and relaxation studio. Yoga, pilates, sm system, functional training, jumping fitness and massage are part of our practice. The room is also adapted to dance - it includes a mirrored wall, ballet barre and a quality sound system. The studio has a data projector, screen and many tools.

Offering exercise classes for adults, children and seniors including health exercises. We offer Powerjoga, Pilates and Yoga.

Providing medical, nursing, care or respite services. We provide meals, leisure activities, social counseling and social activation services for the elderly.

Operation of a home for the elderly. Facility with continuous year-round operation providing permanent residence. The home for the elderly provides a safe, dignified and peaceful environment for users who, due to age and health, cannot live in their natural environment.

Operation of a nursing home. We offer assistance in coping with the usual tasks of caring for one's own person, personal hygiene or providing conditions for personal hygiene. Furthermore, provision of meals or assistance with the provision of meals and running of the household, mediation of contact with the social environment.

We are a registered provider of social services. We provide outreach services throughout Prague and are designed for the elderly and people with disabilities who live in a home environment.

We offer regular yoga classes for beginners and advanced students. Fall semester September-January, spring semester February-June. Registration for a running class is possible at any time.
