We operate an information centre. We provide information about train and bus connections, accommodation options and cultural and sports activities in the city and its surroundings. We sell postcards, tourist stamps, business cards and maps and various souvenirs. We offer promotional leaflets. Internet is available.

The information centre provides information on the operation of ski resorts and cross-country ski trails, current weather, road passability or the state of snow cover.
