I have a technical background (civil engineer) and experience in project coordination. I prepare individuals for tenders and teach how to work with digital tools.

Topics of lectures: pelvic floor and the influence of Venus balls, female cyclicity, menstruation and ovulation, the influence of hormonal contraceptives on health, the clitoris and how to stimulate it properly, orgasm and self-knowledge and more.

We are engaged in teaching oriental dances for beginners and advanced and creating group choreographies. We offer carnival samba, Polynesian and Indian modern dance. We provide weekend classes, themed workshops or dance performances for proms, weddings, corporate events and parties.

We offer certified courses and seminars from the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic for physiotherapists. We focus on teaching individuals, groups and organizations.

The main goal of the Fajna Dilna project is to offer the general public, and especially the Ostrava public, the opportunity to come and not only touch and try the craft, but also to learn new craft skills under the expert guidance of workshop masters and lecturers.
