I focus on a holistic approach to human health. I use the knowledge of classical medicine and alternative directions, especially Ayurveda and traditional Chinese medicine. The latter offers me inspiration in practical phytotherapy, cyclical eating, and conscious management of external and internal resources.

Our mission is to find solutions to improve intergenerational connections and reduce the feeling of loneliness among older people and seniors. Every day we work to engage older people and seniors back into the mainstream of life, with the help of the younger generation, new technologies and services.
