Swimming for infants, babies and parents with children, we provide swimming for nurseries and schools. We offer stays with swimming, sauna and massages in the Czech Republic and around the world. We provide lectures and counselling. We help in healing postpartum traumas and fear of water with individual therapy in water and Experiential Water Seminar.

We are a training centre that can be hired for corporate events, courses, exhibitions, music productions, artists' meetings, family and friends' parties, sports and leisure activities.

I organize gluten-free baking and sourdough courses. I offer cookbooks with gluten-free recipes.

I specialize in voice techniques and breathing exercises. I offer courses in singing, rhetoric, breath work, Didgeridoo playing, etc. I also offer video courses that you can take from the comfort of your own home.

We run weekend, 10 day and long term ceramics courses for teachers and the public.
