Katlov Lakes & Homes offers a holiday in the picturesque countryside with the possibility of fishing on private water, but also much more. We are located in a very quiet and romantic place where you will forget the everyday hustle and bustle of the city.

We offer accommodation in rooms both in the clubhouse and in bungalows in the immediate vicinity. Directly in the resort you can stay in 10 double rooms or 4 suites with a capacity of up to four beds. The bungalows offer 12 double rooms and 6 suites.

We offer accommodation in apartments. The apartments feature a terrace, garden views, a seating area, a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a stove, and a private bathroom with a shower and bathrobes. There is also a microwave, fridge, hob, coffee machine and electric kettle.

We run a hotel. We offer accommodation in 22 rooms for 50 people. All rooms have a wardrobe, flat screen TV, private bathroom, bed linen and towels.

Accommodation in the original Malesov brewery. The apartments have large beds, wardrobe, TV, fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, hob, microwave and kettle, private bathroom with bath and toiletries. For guests outdoor seating area with pergola and barbecue, bicycle house.

For couples, we offer a Romantic Room with a kitchenette and a bathtub by the window overlooking the fortress, or a Steampunk Room with a four-poster bed and a unique shower (both rooms feature a private bathroom, refrigerator, and electric kettle). For larger groups, we have the Dwarf Apartment for 6+2 people with a kitchen and shower (2 toilets).

The resort offers 5 beach volleyball courts, fitness, adventure mini golf, accommodation in twin rooms, deluxe double rooms and two-bedroom apartments.

Úsobí Chateau is an ideal place for couples, families with children, companies and variously sized groups of friends, cyclists, tourists, colleagues. We are exactly halfway between Prague and Brno, just 3 km from exit 104 of the D1 motorway.

A romantic log cabin made of polar pine that works better than a diffuser. The cabin is designed to accommodate 4 people. There is a spacious bedroom with a large double bed on the ground floor and you can fit all the kids on the sleeping floor with 27 square meters of floor space.
