The department provides a wide range of activities in the field of blood donor collection, diagnostic and therapeutic care in the field of transfusion medicine and immunohematology. It provides services mainly to the clinical departments of the hospital, general practitioners and specialists.

Operation of the transfusion department. We specialize in blood collection and processing of blood into transfusion products. We act as a blood bank. We provide therapeutic depletion procedures for patients. We produce plasma for fractionation, perform compatibility tests and dispense transfusion products to patients.

We're a blood plasma collection center. Help us save lives. High financial compensation for donation, pleasant environment, competitions, events and gifts await you. Anyone in the Czech Republic aged 18-65 with a weight over 50 kg can help by donating blood plasma once every 14 days.

We perform blood and blood component collections as well as therapeutic depletions prior to elective surgical procedures. We provide complex processing and testing of blood preserves, production of basic and special transfusion products, their storage and distribution.

Running a haematology and transfusiology department. We provide biological treatments for patients with multiple myeloma and other blood cancers. We focus on hematopoietic cancers and disorders of hemostasis. We participate in professional international conferences.

We provide free blood and plasma collection from voluntary donors, processing for clinical use (transfusion purposes) and free plasma collection for pharmaceutical processing.
