I provide notarial services and legal assistance, incorporation of companies, general meetings, notarial records as executory title, wills, real estate transfers, marriage and premarital agreements, pledge agreements, escrows for securing debt, real estate transfers, CzechPOINT services.

We are a notary office providing, in addition to the settlement of estates, also notarial services consisting mainly in the establishment of companies including their registration in the Commercial Register, drawing up contracts, especially gift and purchase contracts, and others.

We provide notarial services in the whole range (also AJ and NJ), in particular incorporation, changes and liquidation of companies, direct entries in the Commercial Register, drawing up contracts (purchase, gift, matrimonial SJM), acknowledgement of debt, enforceable NZ and other acts (will, disinheritance). We deal with inheritance, escrows, verifications, acts within czechPOINT.
