Our vineyards are spread over 5 hectares of land and are planted with the traditional and most successful vines of the Mikulov region - Riesling, Pinot Gris, Vetlin Green, Müller Thurgau, Red Traminer and Claret. We produce and sell varietal mostly white and rosé wine. We grow Chardonnay, Riesling, Tramin, Frankincense, St. Lawrence and other varieties. We organize guided tastings, guided tours of the winery and evening gatherings.

We produce and sell Moravian wines of original origin. We grow grapes for production on our own vineyards around Novosedel and Dolní Dunajovice. We produce Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Sauvignon, Riesling, Riesling Riesling, Zweigeltrebe, Pinot Noir, Regent. We operate a wine shop and a wine bar.

Come and experience the unique combination of comfort, wine and the beauty of nature in our accommodation. The house offers accommodation for up to 12 people in 4 stylish and comfortable rooms. Each room has its own modern bathroom, ensuring your privacy and comfort.

Guesthouse with wine bar for up to 21 people in 8 rooms. For groups of 4 to 15 people we have a separate floor or apartments and for individuals two to four bedded rooms. The rooms have their own bathroom and toilet, we have a bike room with electric bike charging, parking behind the gate, a large fenced garden, a wine bar with 34 seats.

The Volařík Archive Cellar offers a combination of a new modern interior with the historic cellar of the Volařík family. July and August open daily, 10 wines by the glass, snacks, coffee, soft drinks. Off peak season open weekends (May, June, September) or by appointment only for groups (October-April).
