Winemaking is a hobby for us. In our spare time, we look after almost three quarters of a hectare of our own vineyards and produce around three thousand litres of wine. Wine tasting can be offered in our cellar. The wines can be ordered in the shop.

We operate a wine cellar with a capacity of up to 80 seats. We organize guided tastings of varietal wines, birthday parties, corporate parties and other social events. We provide dulcimer seating, refreshments and catering services. We offer cold bowls, hot dishes, buffets or various specialties.

Since 2010, our winery takes over the long tradition and knowledge of wine. Our family walks through life and passes on the experience from generation to generation. We are engaged in the production and sale of wines with special characteristics. We also sell special wines. We offer gift packs or guided tastings. We grow varieties such as Riesling, Dornfelder, Chardonnay, Zweigeltrebe, Riesling, Palava and Pinot Noir.

We operate a winery and a stylish wine restaurant in the Parish Garden. In our winery you have a unique opportunity to discover wines from the surrounding vineyards, sit in the 18th century rectory and taste classic Czech and Moravian cuisine.

The winery was established in 2019 and is located in the Mikulov wine sub-region. Our vineyards are spread over 5 hectares of land and are planted with the traditional and most successful vines of the Mikulov region - Riesling, Pinot Gris, Vetlin Green, Müller Thurgau, Red Traminer and Claret. Small family winery with a tradition since 1969. We offer several varieties of white wine and from red varieties mostly rosé. We offer wine in this establishment during the summer, weather permitting, and in the autumn we also offer bourbon according to the current offer. There is also a small seating area in front of the cellar for pedestrians and cyclists.

The Volařík Archive Cellar offers a combination of a new modern interior with the historic cellar of the Volařík family. July and August open daily, 10 wines by the glass, snacks, coffee, soft drinks. Off peak season open weekends (May, June, September) or by appointment only for groups (October-April).
