The cellar is located approximately 12 metres below ground level in the Yellow Hill area and offers ideal conditions for long-term storage of wines. A stable temperature of between 10 and 11 °C, optimum humidity and the absence of light and vibration create an environment in which the wine naturally appreciates.

Our long-standing love of wine and sharing this passion with our friends and comrades eventually led to the creation of Le bouquet. We are a family-run business with a passion for French wines. We import carefully selected wines from Burgundy, Bordeaux, Rhône and Champagne.

We offer a large number of bottled wines - dry Aurelius, semi-sweet Tramín, amazing Frankovka classified as VOC Blue Mountains. You can also find something small to eat. The wine cellar space is structured, so you can sit down and enjoy the peace and quiet or sit at the piano and have a good time. We look forward to seeing you.

A network of restaurants and bistros focused on European cuisine prepared right before your eyes. We make our own fresh spaghetti, prepared in a parmesan loaf, lasagna bolognese, creamy risotto, salads, soups, antipasti. We offer Moravian and Italian wines, prosecco, Italian coffee, lemonades.

The wine shop offers 13 types of chilled bottled wines and frizzanté. Of course there are bottled wines and beers (Hauskrecht, Kvasar, Jarošov). We offer ice cream on tap and products of small Czech companies (Sonnentor, Hustopečská mandlárna, etc.). We are a dispensing point of Balíkovna.

We run a relaxed restaurant with honest home cooking, processing only quality and fresh ingredients. Come and taste our burgers and ribs.

We run a sports and social complex with sports facilities for tennis, beach volleyball, football and other ball games. We focus on organizing corporate and private events. We have excellent catering facilities and our teambuilding agency will prepare an event for you exactly according to your wishes.

Importing wines from Germany, Spain and South Africa. Offering white, red, dry, semi-sweet and sweet wines. We sell Riesling, Chardonnay, Syrah, Merlot, Temprallino, vintage wines, cuvées and Valonga extra virgin olive oils.

We are honest Czech cuisine, enriched with elements of modern gastronomy, pizza from Italian ingredients, pasta of our own production, a wide range of beer and wine. We organize wedding receptions, corporate and family events. We are part of a Benedictine monastery founded in 1090 AD, which offers a truly unique atmosphere.
