A small winery from Chvalovice near Znojmo, which produces typical varieties for the Znojmo subregion.

We are a small family winery with a focus on small batch wine production. We offer individual and group tastings, wine sales with custom labels, and private parties.

You can take a seat on a comfortable bench in the harbour restaurant, which is dominated by a large aquarium. There is a terrace that is open all year round. There is free WiFi throughout the restaurant area.

A small family winery located in Nový Šaldorf in the Znojmo region. Our main varieties include Riesling, Sauvignon, Veltliner and Pinot Noir. The production of the winery is about 8000 bottles per year.

Operation of a wine cellar. Wine production is a combination of classical and modern technologies in stainless steel tanks and wooden barrels directly in our sandstone cellar.

Production and sale of natural wines. Our vineyards in organic regime are located in the Podyjí National Park. The work with the vines is done by hand and the whole production, from the beginning to the end, is completely chemical-free. We use oak barrels for vinification. The wine is also produced using the qvevri method, in clay jars buried in the wine cellar.

We operate a wine cellar with a capacity of 30 people. We offer Ryzavec, Veltliner green dry and extra dry, Sylvan green, Riesling, Sauvignon, Zweigeltrebe Rosé, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Sauvignon or Tramin Red. We organise tasting events.
