We operate a lookout tower and an association for the maintenance and protection of cultural and historical monuments, including natural attractions. We organize cultural and educational activities for children, youth and adults. We organize cultural festivals, workshops, meetings, courses and internships.

We believe that a built house should not be empty. We are creating a database of empty and dilapidated houses, filling an archive with photos, histories, stories and locations of houses, mapping the reasons for their decay and publishing successful rescues of abandoned houses that are coming back to life thanks to new owners.

The aim of the association is the cultural and ornamental development of the Bohemian-Dubian region.
