The cellar is located approximately 12 metres below ground level in the Yellow Hill area and offers ideal conditions for long-term storage of wines. A stable temperature of between 10 and 11 °C, optimum humidity and the absence of light and vibration create an environment in which the wine naturally appreciates.

The family micro winery Karel Endlicher specializes in the creation of natural wines from Chardonnay and St. We process grapes from our own vineyard in Dolní Kounice. We offer tastings and seating in the historic wine cellar U provice.

Tours and guided tastings in a unique historic cellar complex from the mid-14th century. A labyrinth of corridors nearly half a kilometre long. Accommodation is in stylish wooden Norwegian log cabins with shower and toilet, four-bed apartments or double studios with en-suite facilities.
