The small, family-run winery was founded in 2019. Currently, it farms less than a hectare of vineyards, the remaining grapes are from Přítluk. The red wines are characterized by a longer "on the skins" period and subsequent aging in barrels. The wines are characterised by their freshness and varietal character, which reflects the terroir.

We have a very close relationship with our landscape and traditions, which is why we have Palava itself on our labels. You can taste wines directly from our production cellar. We will show you a traditional cellar, wooden barrels or even clay kvevri jars that are buried in the ground and imported from as far away as Georgia.

Accommodation and wine cellar in South Moravia. The Minařík Winery has a long tradition and can be found in the picturesque Šakvice, where you can also stay in a pleasant environment in the Na Dvorku guesthouse.

We produce and sell speciality wines including special straw wines. We grow white and red varieties. We organize guided tastings, corporate events, concerts, weddings and more. The flagship varieties of the winery are mainly Riesling, Pálava and Tramín.

The restaurant underwent a complete renovation in 2018. Its appearance is completely new, including an outdoor covered garden and indoor areas that are fully air-conditioned. We offer ready meals, day and evening menus. A suitable venue for various celebrations and corporate parties.

We operate a wine cellar with guided wine tasting and tours of the technological facilities with expert commentary. Possibility of organizing weddings, celebrations or corporate events. Capacity is 70 seats. We serve Dalešické beer.
