We organize wine tastings in the wine cellar.

We operate wine cellars. We offer seating and rental of underground spaces that present wineries and wines from Velké Pavlovice and the surrounding area. We organize tours, tastings, celebrations and corporate events. We provide rental of an archive box for aging wines.

We have more than 70 wines from Moravian winemakers ready for you to taste. We were inspired by the idea of the Wine Salon in Valtice. We wanted to create a place where you can visit at any time of the year and taste wines from nearby wine regions.

Philosophy is to produce high quality barrel aged red wines and traditional white wines. The goal is not to have all varieties, but we focus on historically typical wines for our region. In our rosé wines, we require that the character of the red wine be preserved. Our speciality is original cuvées.

The wine bar, located in the wine cellar, offers not only wine tasting, but also excellent coffee from the local roastery, mixed drinks, homemade lemonades, homemade pates, and always something sweet to eat.

We sell wines from our own vineyards with the possibility of tasting. We provide seating in the wine cellar for up to 30 people. It is possible to arrange a guided tour of the winery.

The wine bar consists of three rooms and a bar with a total capacity of up to 80 people. Wine tasting. Suitable for corporate parties and various family celebrations. Possibility of training up to 40 people.

We invite you to a pleasant stay in a traditional Moravian cellar with a family atmosphere. The wines you will taste are exclusively from our own production and from our regular suppliers. With us you can be sure of friendly and individual treatment, which will provide you with a unique experience.

Get to know our stone wine cellar in Velké Pavlovice. You can taste a wide range of wines from our own Knoll winery and learn about the history of the winery and cellar during a guided tasting. In the cellar there is a press room with seating for 20 people and the main cellar for 70 people. There is also a rotunda.

Restaurant offering alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. There is a wireless internet connection, lounge, garden and others. In our menu you can find Czech-Moravian dishes, goulash, pasta, pizza, steaks, Chinese food, grilled meats and more.

We produce and sell wines. We farm 2ha of family vineyards in the tracks Stará hora, Išperky, Bojanovska and Novosady. We grow white varieties RV,VZ,RB,Rš,TR,to a lesser extent MT,NG from red varieties then PM,SV,ZW,FR,CM in a small extent also Andre. In the cellar we conduct tastings for up to 15 people, we provide accommodation.
