The Civic Association is a non-governmental non-profit organization providing social services to the seriously ill. The services provided form a whole, which is often referred to as complex psychiatric rehabilitation.

The aim of providing services is to improve the quality of life of clients, increase their independence and reduce the need for psychiatric hospitalization.
